Abstract Current demographic changes are increasingly raising the issue of appropriate in educational process as well. This paper brings into question a new imperative current education: teaching curriculum and educators must find ways to meet needs students with wide range experiences, skills interests. Understanding which cultural specificity influences context, opens way for better communication between teachers students. Teachers need understand not only how culture student behavior, but also it their own perceptions behaviors. Like students, reflect classroom attitudes preferences, perceptions, abilities, expectations that specifically shape communication. often culture, viewing limitation student. Students who overcome succeed. do want make this adjustment fail. rarely on prejudices or limitations pedagogical practices. Instead placing full responsibility we propose teachers, regardless heritage, increase competence so they can be prepared facilitate students’ learning. perspective may seem difficult threatening, an honest careful examination rewarding.
